“It's a simple basement level apartment with a bedroom (2 twin beds) a private 3-pc bathroom, laundry facilities, a large fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker, dishes, etc. Also a TV, desk, couch, and coffee table. The living room was reasonably bright, despite being in a basement. Quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking on street or in the driveway. Close enough that I was able to walk (about 20 mins) to the Avalon Mall, and a few other places I wanted to go to do some errands.……
