“Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Me Ghislaine (réception de l'hôtel de la Tza) qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement ainsi que les draps de lits et serviettes de bain. 1km plus loin et nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement 54 (2ème étage) de l'immeuble "le Panorama". Facile à trouver avec Maps. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions venus à Arolla il y a 4 ans mais il n'y avait pas de neige, alors que nous étions venus en novembre (du 25 au 30 à l'époque) également. Les……

"Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing.
