“Room was exceptional y clean.
Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days)
Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches
We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments"
Staff were very friendly and cheerful”

“I really liked this hotel, it was our second visit but, they completely messed up our dinner. We pre ordered the roast pork but, unfortunately they ran out! We ended up with ham, egg and chips which was laughable, the ham looked like thinly sliced spam, the egg was overcooked and we had a few oven chips! It was so bad we got up and walked out, which i have never done before and I’m 67!
I have emailed the hotel but, no reply!
We won’t be going back!”

“Food was great, staff very helpful, bar and dining room very tidy and clean, good range of drinks, both alcoholic and soft although I am out of touch with prices so had a bit of a shock. This is not a negative, just reality. Plenty of parking and convenient at the rear to avoid stairs. Some areas are in need of decorating such as stairwell and corridors however not terrible. Outside areas need tidying around the back of the building but the beer garden/smoking area was good. Wheel chair……
