“Directly across the road from the restaurant area of Val d'Europe. Kids loved the pool, which is open until 9pm. ”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool……

“Ras très bien”
