Peace and relaxation welcome you to this appealing property.



This charming, light yellow property from 1877 welcomes you in Lejbølle. The atmospheric first impression continues inside, where a large amount of space on two floors awaits you. Everything is bright and well maintained with white painted ceiling beams, which together with the wood stove contribute to a cozy atmosphere.

In the spacious kitchen-living room you will find the ideal working conditions to organize convivial cooking evenings and have fun together with your loved ones.



Adjacent to the house is an integrated, unheated garage with table tennis and table soccer, where you can challenge each other.

The garden offers you an equally nice opportunity to barbecue and sit together on balmy summer evenings and enjoy the view of the surrounding fields.



Discover the beautiful island of Langeland. From the property a small dirt road leads to the Langeland belt with good fishing opportunities. At the same time, you are not far from Emmebølle with a fantastic beach and a popular camping site where you are guaranteed to spend many hours in the summer. Also the beautiful castle town of Tranekær or Tullebølle are not far away and offer you an interesting and informative visit.

Schön gelegenes, älteres Haus mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Ebenes Gelände und kurzer Rasen ums Haus. Einziges Manko: Ein zweites Bad würde dem Haus gut tun.
