Magnificent Lake Michigan Views and 100 feet of Private Beach

Step in the front door and you'll be welcomed by the sound of the surf and spectacular views of Pyramid Point and the Manitou Islands. On a clear day you might get a peek of the Fox Islands from this Good Harbor Bay retreat. This property is located between Leland and Glen Arbor, a short 10 minute drive to Fishtown in Leland and 20 minutes to Glen Arbor. Both towns have fun shops and grocery stores. A farm-to-table bakery is 20 minutes away, too. You'll want to spend time on the spacious covered deck, relaxing in the comfortable seating area or dining around the table. If you need a break from the sun take advantage of the roll down shades and still enjoy the lake breezes and sound of the waves. Head inside and you will find an open kitchen with a Bosch dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, and a gas cooktop. Numerous pots and pans and cookware are provided. There is plenty of pantry and counter space to prepare a delicious meal. There is also a new Napoleon propane grill for those who prefer to do their cooking outdoors.

The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to be together. New flooring and new furniture compliment this amazing space surrounded by over 20 feet of windows framing a sparkling Lake Michigan. On the first floor, you will find a large master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Just down the hall another bedroom with a queen bed adjacent to the common area bathroom with tub and shower. All of these rooms have a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. On this level, a full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. There is an additional bedroom with a new full size bed in the loft area that commands a stunning view of the bay. Adjacent to this bedroom is an open area complete with a new twin daybed that gives an additional sleeping option. There is a smart 49 inch TV in this loft area.

On the beach level, there is another bedroom with a new king size mattress. Complete with a shower room and bathroom, this lower level area becomes a private retreat. Adjacent to this bedroom is another sitting room with a fireplace, smart TV, and beverage cooler. Head to the beach from here to enjoy the crystal clear water and sandy bottom beach. The beach here is dotted with sand bars and has a shallow edge making it ideal for children and launching watercraft. Four kayaks with life jackets, seating for eight, two tables, beach chairs and umbrellas help you enjoy this quiet 100-foot beach frontage property. The home is a leisurely beach walk to the northern boundary of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Miles of sandy shoreline make it an ideal place for long beach walks in this pristine natural area. The home has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a generator in the rare event of a power outage. A large paved driveway accommodates multiple vehicles.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed.
