“Our stay was wonderful and Overdene was the perfect house for us. The location is amazing as you have access to a gorgeous beach which is perfect surfing for kids and the cliff tops for lovely walks. The downstairs open plan area is perfect for big families, as you can fill advantage of the big table, kitchen, bbq and garden all together. The bedrooms are a great size and the kids loved the bunk bed room. All in all, it was perfect. ”

“A beautiful barn conversion in a gorgeous countryside setting. Very homely and cosy. I can’t fault it! Lovely owners, very friendly and welcoming. The garden area was lovely and you could see the farm animals. The secure field opposite the barn was brilliant and perfect for the pooches. The coastal walk on the doorstep of the barn was great and had amazing views. The sunset there was surreal. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be visiting again! ”

“This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy.……

“We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.”
