“Das Haus liegt an einem Steilhang mit spektakulärem Blick über die Bucht und auf Olivenhaine. Fußweg über 100 Höhenmeter zum Bäcker (nur 15 Minuten!). Felsenstrand Chiappea mit glasklarem Wasser fußläufig erreichbar! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pizzaofen ist großartig! Die Küche gut ausgestattet für große Gruppen. Ich denke wir kommen wieder.”

“Communication was very good. Property was clean and well-maintained. Proximity to beach was outstanding. It's approx. 1/2 mile to train station, and taxis, if you can find one, are not very interested in transporting you (even though we had a traveler with an injury). Plan ahead.”

“Very peaceful, clean and cozy. A great walk to town where you can enjoy wonderful Italian food made fresh by locals. Easy access to train to be able to enjoy the other wonderful cities nearby. Host was wonderful!”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Zia Maria war von A-Z super und ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Vermieter war super gastfreundlich, sehr herzlich und steckt viel Liebe in das Grundstück und die Einrichtung des Hauses. Das Haus war sehr sauber, man hat sich richtig heimisch gefühlt und landschaftlich, inkl. wunderschöner Aussicht, war es einfach top! Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation, Hilfestellung bei Fragen etc. war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Gerne kommen wir für einen nächsten Aufenthalt in der Region wieder!”

“Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. La maison est très propre et tout y est pour en profiter rapidement. La maison est mitoyenne, avec une autre location et une des chambres se retrouve sous le plancher de l’autre habitation, l’isolation phonique est complètement absente ce qui fait que nous avons l’impression de vivre avec les autres accupants. Impossible de dormir correctement. ”

“La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Moneglia. Vue magnifique sur le village de San Saturnino, la campagne et la mer. Le lieu est très calme, très agréable. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture de la mer (ne pas prévoir d’y aller à pied). Possibilité croisière Cinque Terre au départ de Moneglia. Point négatif pour ceux que ça peut gêner: c’est un tout petit hameau donc pas de restaurant ou de quoi faire des courses, il faut descendre à Moneglia et être prévoyant. Maison très propre,……
