“The room is very clean. Plenty of towels, toiletries and water. Staff provided great service.”

“Very clean rooms and atmosphere during Happy Hour was relaxing and fun. The food and drinks were delicious! The staff was always avaliable. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. ”

“The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why……

“Room is spotless and the guy in the check-in counter really stood out. He was very pleasant, courteous ,and respectful. He even informed us about the location of the amenities and where to get the elevators to our room. Amazing!”

“The room that we had had a front and a back door if you went out to the back porch you had a great view of the creek which was very relaxing”

“Parking was closeby. Breakfast, although the same menu items each of our 2 days, had a nice variety of options. Very clean and friendly staff. Indoor pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Our room was perfect. We left a few things home by mistake and each time we asked the front desk they happily provided our needed items. I am extremely pleased with our stay and will visit again!”

“A vibe do hotel é muito boa, apenas uma sugestão: ao entrar no quarto tem pouca iluminação, sabemos que é cultural, mas quando tem muita luz eu consigo apagar algumas e diminuir mas sem iluminação do quarto eu não consigo clarear mais. outro detalhe é que paguei o cafe e ao chegar 10 minutos antes do termino que eram as 10 o cozinheiro ja havia ido embora, 10 minutos faz muita coisa, mas foi joia, negociamos e deu tudo certo. perto de tudo”
