“Absolutely beautiful room and bathroom. Tiny issue was it was a little chilly and we couldn’t get it to warm up. The manager did his best to help as it was late when we realised. However we were superbly cosy under the duvet and blanket anyway! The location was spot on. Beautiful area. The self check in was easy. Would be great to hire a few rooms and then use the kitchen and cellar room downstairs for group socialising. Thoroughly recommend. ”

“Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. "King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變. "
