"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"

"We stayed for 3 nights over a Weekend in March, and even with iffy (cold, bit rainy) it was wonderful. House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !"

"We had a lovely stay at this property in Porthtowan. We were a party of 8, 2 families, and the house was perfect. Very clean, everything we needed and a lovely welcome pack of goodies when we arrived. Brilliant communication throughout with the host. 5 min walk to the beach, great bar and restaurant also just a 5 min walk. Bit cold when we went but we braved the sea and so glad we did! Great time had by all."

We would suggest that a 4 wheel drive is used as the unmade track up to the property was a little rough on our fiat. However, don’t let that stop you booking - you won’t be disappointed"

I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. "We only stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer! The VRBO is very neat and orderly. There was only 2 of us and we had p PLENTY of space. The living/dining area is very extensive. We got to meet the sheep and walk the grounds. Just beware of any stinging nettle- I accidentally brushed up on it. Would definitely recommend."
