Clean and Modern Mid-Town Casita - 5 minutes to UofA and downtown Tucson

NEWLY RENOVATED CASITA. 10-15 minute walk to the UofA campus, 5 minute drive to downtown Tucson, 3 minutes to UMC (great for nurses), mid-town so you are close to everything! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Private entrance and private courtyard. Our casita is clean, disinfected & well styled! Has gas grill, great wi-fi, TV is set up with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Campbell Ave features a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, salons (nail, hair, massage), and more all within walking distance!
The space
Fully renovated casita. Very comfortable, stylish, and clean. Private fenced courtyard!
Guest access
Guests will park on the street in front of our home....you will know it's our home because of the harmless T-Rex guarding the front yard - please don't feed the dinosaur ;). The casita is located behind the main house. Access to the casita is via the pathway behind the driveway (to the left of the main house). Follow the path all the way to the lighted tree. Enter the gate to your own private courtyard. The casita door is operated by keypad. Each guest will have a unique code that expires after your stay. A deadbolt inside the casita allows you to lock out all unwanted guests during your stay.
Other things to note
Our casita is centrally located with quick access to major attractions. Campbell Ave is filled with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The private courtyard overlooks the backyard with beautiful grass, trees and chickens. You are welcome to play with the chickens and take fresh eggs if you'd like. The chickens do not smell.
