“I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. “When we arrived the property was closed. Two phone numbers that were associated with this hotel were "out of service". With the help of our driver and the hotel's neighbor we were able to see some person who came from the back of the hotel (most likely he was security guard). The person told us the the property is closed because they don't have water and all reservations are canceled (two or three days before our arrival). This person kept saying that he is not a manager and cannot do anything.……
