“The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private……

“Check in was a bit challenging as they weren't responding to messages so we waited outside in the heat until another guest let us in. Reception & breakfast is on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
