"There was self parking available when we arrived. We checked in a little early and a room was ready, which was nice. "

"Hotel was clean and the location was perfect. The pool was supposed to be heated but was too cold. I really don’t understand why there is an automatic light in the bathroom and why the bathroom has frosted glass doors. No one wants to be woken up by a bright light turning on and shining through the door at 2 in the morning. Breakfast was way too expensive. "

"Clean room and nice staff. They don’t do room service Daily and only go every 3 days unless you request service. They do take towels to your room upon request though. My kids loved the in house arcade room and we appreciated the small kid area with cartoons playing for the kids! The breakfast buffet was good but too pricey for kids who just eat cereal 🙄😆 Pool area was also nice and there are plenty of places to sit. Disney Shuttle service was great and punctual ! Get out there early though because there will be line !! Overall great hotel with great amenities for families! "

"The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the ocean. The room has hard floor, so be mindful no Carpet.. If you ask for a refrigerator, it’s really small. The bathroom toilet is so small that you will break your back. The lighting in the bathroom is so bright that you will be dizzy and sick the entire trip. The AC in the gym well there is no AC in the gym, you would become very ill if you try to work out, so don’t even think that you’re gonna work out in the gym that is grossly hot and filthy to be honest they don’t have any sanitizing station and it’s gross. It’s next to the indoor pool and it’s humid and hot. The restaurant is not worth $16 so do not buy the ticket for $16. Are you kidding me? The food is disgustingly gross not worth it and it should be complementary. The fruit is not sweet and it’s old and icky, not fresh good fruit no berries nothing lovely it’s old cantaloupe, old melon, and gross watermelon. No berries at all they should have fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries if they want to look good for their guests, obviously they do not care ! They should pay you to eat there.!"

"I mostly just slept here, but the beds were comfy, I felt safe as a single female traveler, and it was close to the freeway, John Wayne airport and the Santa Ana Stadium."

"As for the breakfast I didn’t try it due to sleeping in a little longer than expected each day, but the AC was great and our experience for the first time here was amazing. Much better than expected. Well actually the only little issue was with the Starbucks folks but oh well. "
