The Jasmine Gate - Beachfront beauty in casuarina
The Jasmine Gate is the reminiscent of a traditional Cape Cod holiday home, with the romanticism of Ralph Lauren wallpaper, paired with designer window treatments, this absolute beachfront holiday home located in Casuarina will be sure to impress.
Upon entry to this gorgeous holiday home, you will immediately notice the genuine Burnt Oak timber flooring, high ceilings and pitched rooflines.
The ground level also includes a custom-built bar with 2 wine fridges, a powder room & separate media room, with hand crafted barn- style doors and window seating.
The kitchen is absolutely stunning, with genuine Carrara marble benchtops which extend into the butlers pantry.
Now to the best part of the home, open the double french doors from the living areas out to the "Boathouse" the covered alfresco entertaining area, adjacent to the in-ground mineral swimming pool, imagine sitting back with a margarita or two ( fresh limes from the lime trees) and soaking in the sun and ocean air.
An extra wide timber staircase leads upstairs to four generous bedrooms, each individually themed with designer Ralph Lauren wallpaper, The master bedroom and bedroom 4 each have raked ceilings and both feature covered private balconies.
Located in the quiet, southern end of Casuarina on a wide, family friendly street where you can walk out your back gate to the beach, or cycle along the coastal pathway to the local shops, cafes & restaurants,
