The owner, Bill Rathburn, gave us a tour of the beautiful property. His stories gave a glimpse into the opulent past life of his home. Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Mineola is a historic little town with much to offer with shopping and dining. Host very friendly, answered all our questions, provided detailed directions to local shops. Cottage was very comfortable, filled with lovely antiques. Exactly what the doctor ordered for my husband and I. The ground lare beautiful with lots of land, Arabian horses, cows, a beautiful pond to relax by, and quiet. The amenities are very classy. Top dollar accommodations. Owner was gone but Juan went out of his way to help us have a comfortable stay :). The property was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We stayed in the Barn apartment area. It was a little more secluded from the other areas. Bill was very kind and helpful! Both men enhanced our stay. Bill was a gracious and warm host. He tells interesting stories, and is full of wisdom. He is a person you would enjoy speaking with for hours. We would highly recommend Bill and the ranch.
