It was great, but your website gives 2 options - pay before or pay at the hotel. I chose pay at the hotel but was still charged on my card when I wanted to pay cash.

The room looked clean and smelled fresh for a pet room.One good thing about Best Western is they allow pets.Unfortunately once we turned the lights down to watch TV a huge cockroach climbed up the wall.They creep me out.I wont stay there again.

Clean and convenient with pleasant service. The walls are very thin and you can hear people going up and down the hall and stairs and out the door all night.

Well when we our room someone was using it to take a nap.pillows were on the floor,the lounge chair was over by the bed.got another room wasn't vacuum good.food crumbs were still present on floor by bed..dinning room was ok chairs were wobbling.came back from dinner and someone was on the stairs using power outlet and his shoes were off.i mentioned it to front desk all they said was its probably a worker.other than that it was ok.Dmv was across the street and social security was across the street as well so thats good.

I was surprised. We usually stay at this Best Western, but this time the room smelled like Extreme body odor. I was also surprised to see a "pool" closed due to health code violation notice. The night time wait staff was ok, but the previous desk help was friendly, positive and just a joy. Not sure if this changed hands, but it definitely felt different.

The property was nice, nothing special, but clean. The room was clean, but there were no bathtub rubber mats provided, so I had to put a towel in the bathtub so I wouldn't slip. The refrigerator was missing one of the front legs, so we asked to have it replaced when we checked out. Other than these items, we had a pleasant stay and would return.

At check in, the front desk stated that our card was declined and could not explain why after it had just been accepted at another location. She did not seem knowledge about the situation at all. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. On a positive note- the room was quite large and the pillows were nice for a hotel!

Good experience over-all. Great customer service!
Very clean hotel with excellent customer service and a pretty decent breakfast with eggs, tots, waffle-makes, etc. Bed was harder than other best western hotels I’ve stayed in for the price and there is no elevator in building. They put us on the far end of the hotel and upstairs- which was slightly annoying when carrying our bags up/downstairs and the ice machine on the far other end of hotel and downstairs. Other than that, they gave us late check out and no one knocked on our door until about 10 minutes before our scheduled check-out— which was a first. Over-all, I would stay again.

In general
There’s no elevator at this location making it very difficult for my elderly father to go up and down the stairs. The bathtub and toilet were together behind a door that stuck in the tile floor. The sink was in the room which I found odd. The duvets were not clean but the sheets appeared fresh. Furniture in the room was worn. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were so over cooked they were like rubber, I guess that’s what you get for free. The staff was friendly helpful and professional. Feel the price paid for this room was far too much. Expected better from a Best Western.
