“Over the past two months, I’ve felt incredibly safe staying at this hotel. After my car was stolen from the parking lot in July, the hotel took immediate action. Since then, every night when I returned, I noticed a security guard patrolling the parking area in a vehicle with flashing lights. It gave me a great sense of reassurance. The hotel staff and management handled everything swiftly and professionally. I truly felt valued and cared for as a guest. ”

“Everything else is perfect, but I couldn’t sleep because it was too hot and I cannot turn on the air conditioner, it blows directly to my bed. Besides that everything else is good. ”

“The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.”
