Perfect for an extended family getaway, this newly renovated, seven-bedroom showcases signature decor, elegant furnishings, and a spacious layout providing all the comforts of home. A semi-detached in-law suite is equipped for standalone efficiency with a living area and wet bar complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, and, coffee maker.

The spacious yard sets the stage for summertime memories complete with a patio, gas grill, and wood-burning firepit for everything from backyard barbecues to starlight s'mores sessions. The fully screened patio is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a cold afternoon beverage. Parents will be able to safely keep an eye on younger guests enjoying the all-new play set.

The plush main-floor family room offers plenty of space to spread out while enjoying time together and the upstairs living area includes an array of child-friendly books and games. Home chefs will appreciate the open, island kitchen appointed with a suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and serving utensils for gourmet meal prep, plus a dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup. There's seating at the breakfast bar and the dining room table comes with additional seating availability to accommodate large group meals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great House and Location

The house is well stocked with everything you’ll need from toiletries to beach essentials to kids toys. Every room is well appointed, such lovely furnishings and the bedrooms are all well-sized. Very clean. Location can’t be beat with a few restaurants and the beach within blocks.
