Keine Handtücher vor Ort, kein Föhn (wurde am zweiten Tag allerdings auf meinen Wunsch hin gebracht!), kein persönlicher Kontakt, Schimmel-Geruch in der Wohnung, das Bett aufgrund durchgelegener Matratze nicht benutzbar, habe auf dem Sofa geschlafen.
