“We had a lovely trip to West Bay and the apartment was perfect, really clean and in a great location. There were lots of nice touches like games, milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment as it is a lot bigger than we thought from the images, also the bed was extremely comfortable! ”

“This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are……

“Lovely cottage just a few minutes walk from the beautiful estuary. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable with lovely bed linen. "Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
