The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. “No recomiendo este hotel. Para empezar, el personal de recepción no habla inglés y sigue hablando en francés aunque saben que no lo hablas. El servicio es pésimo. La habitación estaba sucia, la maleta estaba tirada en el suelo para que la tiraras a la basura, las sábanas olían mal y estaban secas, e incluso tenías que ponerlas tú mismo en la cama; no hicieron nada al respecto. Es como ir a casa de un familiar que no te quiere allí; eso es lo que te sentirás en este hotel que se autodenomina de 4……
