“Pas beaucoup de chauffage ”

“Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful, some spoke English which was good for us as tourists in France. Properly had a nice parking garage as well. The only complaint we had is the rooms furnishings were slightly inadequate and obviously low cost, the bed had only one nightstand and the closet had no hangers. The Breakfast was great with a good variety of selections and a very helpful staff.”

“An unsympathetic rejig of an historic building, however it was clean, large comfortable bedroom with modern in suite facilities. A good base for local exploration or as a stopover.”

“Great staff, all spoke English and were extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was not huge but included good bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, local cheeses, ham and nuts, and espresso.”

“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”

“Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Me he alojado unos 10 años en este hotel y parece que ha cambiado de gerencia. El mantenimiento es precario. Así, por ejemplo, una lámpara de mi habitación no funcionaba y la otra, fluorescente, parpadeaba constantemente. A pesar de pedir que lo arreglaran (cambiar una bombilla no parece una labor titánica), no se ha sustituido ninguna de las luces. Los cuartos de baño merecen también un buen repaso.
