“Nice room”

“Was a nice hotel, room was a little small but doable for what and where it is. Housekeeping is very good. There was a foul smell from the drain in the bathroom, but they fixed it after being notified. On our second to last day, the window shade failed. Was not able to lower it. Staff came to manually lower it, and of course it was not able to be lifted the next day. But all staff are very nice and responsive. “It was an amazing place with amazing staff and amazing location. The breakfast was also amazing. The corner suite was totally worth it. We borrowed the electric bikes and had a great time on the Rambla. We loved the citrus water in the lobby and the hot tub was very nice when we got a reservation. Two things to know though, our bed was pretty firm. We ended up putting our comforter under us while we slept and that was ok. The swim pro hot tub didn’t quite work all the way either, but……
