“Amazing apartment with lovely rooftop overlooking the city. Very modern withgood fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee machine and anything else you would need. Nice bars nearby and a pleasant walk into the main part of the city. Vitoria is beautiful and well worth a visit. ”

“Mis amigos y yo solo estuvimos un fin de semana en esta casa pero nos encantó, un sitio precioso y tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a unos 30 minutos de Bilbao en coche. La casa está genial, además la terraza y la zona del jardín son bastante grandes. Muy recomendable, el trato con Juan Carlos estupendo, muy amable y atento siempre.”

“Lovely modern apartment in the town near the main square. We wished we had more time there aa it was lovely. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Easy to access with a code. The bars and cafes around the square were great and we did a wine tour the next day.”

“Casa muy acogedora con Txoko ideal para tres matrimonios con hijos puesto que los matrimonios pueden alojarse en el primer piso y los niños (si no son muy pequeños) se pueden alojar en el segundo. La casa en vivo está mejor que en las fotos. Los dos pisos de arriba recien reformados. Muy confortable con la calefacción de pellets y termostatos independientes en cada piso. El Txoko ideal para reunirse todos y hacer brasas con sarmientos. Se hace una parrilla ideal!!! Lástima que la chimenea no……

“Fuimos a celebrar una despedida de soltera y fue todo ideal. La casa es muy grande y espaciosa. Su ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días tranquilos con la naturaleza. Además el propietario fue majísimo y atento en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo.”

“Een goed appartement, modern ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig. Alleen een airco zou wel handig zijn in warme periodes maar daar hadden wij niet zo veel last van. Er is een barretje vlakbij, 20 meter, maar ik zou er niet gaan eten. Een drankje is wel gezellig tussen de kwetterende Spanjaarden.”

“Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la casa. Por lo demás, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, y la zona tiene una muy merecida visita.”

“Our group of four spent two wonderful nights here in Sajarazza hosted by Lourdes. We had great communicaiton in Spanish and English in preparation for our stay. The house is large (3 floors plus a wine cellar) with space for everyone. Parking is right outside on a cul-de-sac street. The stone construction meant that the first floor was cool, although the upper floors where the bedrooms are located can be quite a bit warmer. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a brief tour of the property.……

“Our group consisting of 6 people stayed at Ulle Gorri at the end of September. The place is ideal to explore Basque country, we’ve made daily trips to Bilbao, St Sebastian, Guernica, Gaztelugatxe, Getaria, Vitoria Gasteiz etc. The house and surroundings is mesmerizing, with its calm and beauty. The owner of the house Ana was very helpful and friendly, introduced the house and the surroundings in detail, answered all of our questions. Ulle Gorri is a sustainable and environmentally friendly……
