“Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……
