Penthouse apartment with fantastic terrace in an oasis in the Ruzafa neighborhood, ideal for 2 people and capacity up to 3.

Comprehensive reform, with a large, quiet and modern private terrace of 20m² and facing east where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest, have breakfast, eat or have a drink comfortably.

Furnished in Nordic style, with exclusive and original details related to the Mediterranean Sea. The floor is Nolla pavement, original from 1930, very well preserved. Come and enjoy.



It is a loft with fully equipped kitchen that has a washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and completely renovated screen, a double bed of 150 wide. It has hot / cold air conditioning. Being located on the 6 floor and is very bright.



Highlight its privileged location in the best street of Ruzafa in the center of Valencia, in a family residential building in the city's fashionable neighborhood but oblivious to its hustle and bustle. Ideal to visit the city without the need for a private vehicle.

Great neighborhood but noisy elevator

The studio was very clean, great location and good amenities. The terrasse was lovely, but since it was December, we did not really use it. However, the place is located right next the elevator shaft and when it is in use, it is pretty noisy. Overall, not perfect, but a lovely stay.

Un petit paradis

Très joli logement, décoré avec goût, équipement et finitions impeccables, la terrasse est paradisiaque. Quartier très sympa (le marché …) et bien desservi. Seul bémol, la faiblesse du signal wifi.

Realmente la Ruzafa es El Barrio al que ir. El apartamento es tal como lo veis en las fotos. Y está muy bien ubicado. La terraza es una maravilla, sobre todo para tomarte la última copita por la noche Un acuerto

Es el lugar ideal para visitar Valencia, sin duda.

Estamos enamorados de esta ciudad y alojarnos en casa hizo que el viaje fuera más especial aún. Esta puesto todo con tanto gusto y detalle que sientes que estas como en casa y que te quedarías a vivir. Disfrutamos además mucho de la terraza a cualquier hora del día. Además tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de vino deliciosa. Lo recomendamos 100%. Gracias por vuestras atenciones.

Alojamiento perfecto con una terraza maravillosa

Fantástico alojamiento, nos hemos alojado 5 noches. Nuestra anfitriona perfecta, nos ha atendido de maravilla, nos recibió Eva y desde ese momento nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba absolutamente limpio. Nos ha encantado el apartamento, su decoración estilo nórdico denota un gusto exquisito y esmerado con lo justo para que te sientas como en casa pero sin detalles que sobren, la terraza increíble, digna de mención especial, tan moderna y cómoda que nos ayudo a reponer fuerzas ( jeje )y en ella pasamos unos momentos inolvidables, un lujo. Con unos sillones muy cómodos y con una mesa donde desayunar, comer o cenar y un toldo para el sol. Nos gusta mucho viajar pero al hacerlo en alojamientos de este estilo lo que buscamos es sentirnos ciudadanos de ese lugar además de turistas Y en este precioso y cuidado ático lo hemos logrado. La limpieza estupenda, el baño una cucada , la cocina perfectamente equipada hasta con cafetera nespreso a juego. Se nota que está recién reformado, todo super nuevo y de calidad. La situación es perfecta para visitar toda la ciudad que nos ha encantado. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios muy cerca. Todo lo que leí para escogerlo es cierto y aún mejor. Fantásticas las sugerencias que nos han dejado escritas. La botella de vino blanco de detalle nos encantó.En definitiva, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto sin duda repetiríamos y por supuesto lo recomendamos para visitar Valencia y alrededores. Gracias Marta
