“Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday……

“Wir waren als Paar im Bardoliners und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders die zentrale Lage in Bardolino hat uns gefallen – Restaurants, Geschäfte und der See sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marta, die Managerin. Sie war sehr nett und herzlich und hat bereits am Parkplatz auf uns gewartet. Anschließend hat sie uns sogar persönlich zum Hotel begleitet und uns mit unserem Gepäck……

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
