“Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Many options for the included breakfast, including eggs. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The decor of the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The location feels very safe with a guard in front and easy access to the rest of town. Highly recommended ”
