"The house worked good for our family of adults. The only issues were the kitchen tap needs to be tightened and the shower upstairs. But everything else was great!"

The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine."

"The house was in a good location, convenient to everything we were interested in, with plenty of bedrooms to sleep about 10 people, 3 bathrooms, and large rooms in which to fix meals and socialize. A big plus is within walking distance: a wonderful park with walking paths and a playground. Two concerns: we felt the need to clean the patio of cigarette butts and beer bottle caps before we could enjoy it and, if you want ice, get it on your way as the ice maker does not work and there are no ice...

"Property is in a great location with a grocery store a few minutes away and the town of McKinney with local stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking in a quite cul-de-sac."

"We stayed several weeks at this property and we were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were cozy, and bathrooms were clean (and large). Although a busy neighborhood, it was easy access to shops and parks. The host was very accommodating and touched base with us often."

"Comfortable, recently updated home and very responsive host. Having two bathrooms was a big plus (but watch out for that small step into one of them). Location very walkable to Finch Park and downtown McKinney. We really enjoyed our stay and first visit to McKinney (and the eclipse was amazing!) Thank you!"

"We were very happy with the place. It is a great place to stay with kids because one bedroom is bunk beds. I have a couple of suggestions. Since we were arriving after dark, it would have been nice to have the porch light on. It was difficult to see the address in the dark. And it would be nice to have more light in the master bedroom. Everyone ended showering in the master bathroom because the shower head is stopped up."

"Great house, clean interior, super fun outdoor activities. House is in a more isolated location, the privacy is very nice. Highlight of the trip was how cool the next door neighbor was. Cleaned up the volleyball court for us after a storm, took us out on his boat for a couple hours, and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Would absolutely come back here, overall awesome time."
