“A very beautiful hotel; everything is new and modern. The staff are very kind and polite, even though they don't speak a word of English. It is a bit difficult to reach using navigation apps, as the streets are narrow and congested. They have parking, which is very important in this area. The breakfast is generous and varied. I recommend it!”

“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”

“Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sechsspurigen Schnellstraße. Auf der einen Seite verläuft unmittelbar diese Straße, auf der anderen Seite liegt der Vansee. Wir reisten gemeinsam mit Freunden an. Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine Erklärung für die Zimmerverteilung geben. Da wir drei Nächte im Hotel verbrachten,……

“After an initial booking problem, the hotel owner Mr Doğan and hotel manager Mr Açıkgöz did their best to accommodate us and provided an interim solution for the first night and two nice rooms for the second. The hotel facilities are great for families and the private beach at the lake is perfect for a morning swim. Great sunset views for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Would come back again if we were to stay in Van.”

“I booked a room for my brother so he could have a few hours of rest before his flight. He arrived there at 6am. I specifically asked the hotel to let him check out a little later, but they were rude and unaccommodating. Even though they had plenty of available rooms, they wouldn’t let him stay even one extra hour and behaved rudly. I’m really disappointed with their service and would not recommend this place.”

Parking was promised but there was no parking space other than whatever space was available in the street nearby. The restaurant only had plastic dishes. The photos on the website did not match the suite.”
