“James and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning ”

“The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK.”

“My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of.
