Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns für 2 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt- Es ist kein modernes Luxuszimmer, aber tiptop für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Italien- die vorangehende Bewertung mit einer 6 können wir nicht nachvollziehen.”

“The place is very well located close to Rialto bridge. The check in was very quick and easy. The room is a bit small but it worked well for us. Bed was comfortable , bathroom very clean. “Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up.
