“Not sure I would stay again. Property itself is beautiful. Beds are uncomfortable. Wifi does not work. Nothing open on Sundays in the area so plan ahead.”

“The place is very well located close to Rialto bridge. The check in was very quick and easy. The room is a bit small but it worked well for us. Bed was comfortable , bathroom very clean. There is a big flight of stairs to get to the second floor reception, but we were able to get the luggage upstairs. It is a great place and we will definitely recommend it.”

“A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. If you have a car and want a casual experience, this could work……

“Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up. This resulted in a near catestrophic panic-attack when I discovered (at the airport at 6am) I didn't have them with me. Fortunately……

“Das Zimmer war dem Alter der Unterkunft entsprechend gut und die Lage sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, allerdings ist durch die Klimaanlage Wasser an der Wand heruntergelaufen, wodurch sich Putz auf dem Boden gelöst hat. Leider wurde dieser während unseres 3-nächtigen Aufenthalts nicht entfernt. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft, besonders wegen der zentralen Lage. Bei der Reinigung und der Beseitigung solcher kleinen Mängel besteht jedoch……

“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”
