Traum-Apprtement

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in dieses wunderschöne Appartement. Für zwei Paare ist es ideal geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm. Man ist schnell überall, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (großer Supermarkt an der Zattere und am Campo Marghetita) sind in der Nähe, auch das Gemüseschiff - und vor allem Campo Margherita - die Umgebung ist ruhig - wir kommen wieder! Mittendrin, wunderschön

Es war für uns, 2 Paare, wieder wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist genial, klasse gelegen, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne, große Terrasse. Abseits des Trubels ist man schnell am Guidecca-Kanal und am Canal Grande und passiert dabei schöne Plätze und Gassen. Wir waren schon oft und haben für nächstes Jahr bereits gebucht.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic and quiet location.

We wanted to be in a quieter area and quite close to transport links. It is a beautiful and well-equipped apartment and in a location that is very convenient for the Zattere in particular. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

Eine Woche in Venedig

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und der Balkon war bei Sonnenschein traumhaft. Wenn eine Wohnung für 4 Personen mit Luxus umschrieben wird, bin ich der Meinung, dass zumindest 8 passende Weingläser vorhanden sind. Und zumindest 4 Espressotassen, sowie Topflappen. Auch im kleinen Bad wäre es vorteilhat, wenn Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher vorhanden sind. Es ist natürlich Jammern auf hohen Niveau, doch wie gesagt, bei Luxuxwohnung.... Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super schön und zentral

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Appartement genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt und die beiden Schlafzimmer samt Bädern ideal für zwei Paare. Um die Ecke im Codroma perfektes Essen am Canal - wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht.

Tolles Apartment

Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegtes Apartment, etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöne große Terrasse. Ideal für 2 Paare. Haben uns aber auch mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Francesca hat uns toll empfangen. Vaporettostationen in ca 5-10 min erreichbar. Nette Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Excellent!

Beautiful property in a great location. Near the train and bus station. Campo Santa Margherita was great at night for dinner and groceries. The apartment was beautiful- high end appliances but very functional too. We had a great stay!

Fantastic apartment

In a great location.Quiet at night but within walking distance of everything. This is such a comfortable apartment for two couples, lovely decor and furnishings, finished to a very high standard. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Olga and Cinzi!

Appartement très confortable

7 jours passés dans cet appartement raffiné, décoré avec goût très bien placé dans un quartier discret, Accès facile pour prendre le vaporetto, excellents restaurants à proximité et très bon accueil de Cinzia. Supermarché et une des rares boucheries encore à Venise sont près de l'appartement. Location à recommandée.

Clean, classy and in a perfect location

The apartment was perfect for two adult couples. Once you get oriented you are close to everything. In a residential area, however close to the water taxi. If you are coming from the parking garage you are just two stops. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed, it contained everything we needed. The washer and dryer were an added bonus.

A beautifully restored apartment - just steps from Campo Santa Margarita

The Dorsoduro is my favorite section of Venice to stay in, and this apartment is wonderful. Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning and a wonderful terrace where you can either watch the rescue turtles enjoy the garden below, or watch the locals pass by. Campo Santa Margarita is also just steps away, where you can pick from a variety of restaurants, shop at the supermarket, and best of all enjoy watching the Venetian residents go about their lives instead of sit among hoards of tourists in Piazza de San Marco. I don't want to say too many good things because I am afraid the apartment will become too popular and I want to be sure it is available for me the next time I visit😊

Very well appointed apartment in good location near train station.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Venice. The apartment has been recently renovated and is in great condition. While not on a canal, we found the location preferable as there is a lovely outdoor deck overlooking the garden and we did not have to battle the mosquitoes. The air conditioning was a great bonus, making the property comfortable no matter how warm the days became. We hope to return at some point and stay here again.

Lovely Location for Exploring Venice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Dorsoduro rental! The apartment has two bathrooms/two baths on either end of the apartment, so it is perfectly set up for a group, while also allowing privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The rental is spacious, light-filled, clean and nicely decorated. Our favorite feature was the large terrace with a big dining table, huge umbrella and fragrant potted plants. Dorsoduro is quieter than touristy areas across the canal, but just as charming. We visited the nearby Campo Santa Margherita for dinners on two nights, but our favorite meal was at Pane Vino, which is quite close to the apartment, in the Campo dell’Angelo Raffaele. It was recommended by Olga, and we had a leisurely, delicious meal in the cozy dining room. The location is quite convenient to the tourist attractions — the first morning, we walked back to Piazzale Roma and caught the vaporetto that cruised down the Grand Canal all the way to Piazza San Marco. We explored many neighborhoods, sometimes getting a little lost, but finding lots of delightful squares, churches, shopping, wine and food along the way! On our last evening, we strolled the Zattere and had snacks and prosecco overlooking the canal. Don’t miss the fabulous Gelateria Nico with seating on the waterfront at the Zattere! Cinzia welcomed us the first night by meeting us at the Piazzale Roma bus depot, and escorting us back to the apartment. Olga was a pleasure to work with on our arrangements. Thank you, Olga, for sharing your delightful apartment — we hope to return someday!

Wonderful property

We stayed oct1-8, 2016. This two bedroom unit was perfect for two couples. Unit was very well decorated and furnished, looked new, high end appliances, well stocked with matching wine glasses and flutes. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were separated by kitchen/dining/living room area, thus providing some privacy. All rooms were a good size and there was a private terrace off of the living room and second bedroom. It was also a good size and I think would be fabulous in the summer months, we only used it a bit as it was in shadows most of the late afternoon and temperatures were cool. Unit is well located and we could walk to everything, St Marks, Rialto, Ghetto in under twenty minutes, but it was away from the crowds, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby which we could always get into without reservation. The owner Olga was very nice and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend the place!

Maravillosa

Nuestra estancia en la casa ha sido fantástica. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, LA decoración es preciosa. La casa es muy cómoda, todo está nuevo y la limpieza extraordinaria. La terraza muy agradable para desayunar o cenar. Sin duda la mejor opción para alojarse en Venecia. Sin duda repetiría Gracias Olga

Immobile ristrutturatissimo, accogliente, tranquillo e comodo per la stazione ed i vaporetti.

La casa si trova in una zona molto poco turistica (e quando verrete a Venezia vi renderete conto della differenza e dell’importanza di questo valore), ma estremamente comoda sia per l’arrivo dalla stazione (si tratta di un tragitto di pochi minuti a piedi, superato il ponte di Calatrava), che per l’imbarco dei vaporetti (e ciò sia per le linee che si diramano da piazzale Roma e che percorrono il Canal Grande e non solo, sia per quelle che partono dalla fermata di San Basiglio, dalla quale si può prendere la linea 2 che, percorrendo il Canale della Giudecca, arriva molto velocemente ed in 5/6 fermate in Piazza San Marco). La proprietaria è una persona cortese e squisita, che ha sempre risposto ad ogni esigenza, anche nell’ambito del contatto iniziale, in modo dettagliato e tempestivo. Questa casa fa sentire gli ospiti veramente a casa propria, grazie all’accuratezza della ristrutturazione, all’attenzione dei particolari ed alla pulizia dei locali. Ha due ampie stanze da letto, un soggiorno di discrete dimensioni (dove vi è anche un divano letto matrimoniale), una zona pranzo ed un’attrezzata cucina, oltre che due bagni ed uno splendido terrazzo molto godibile, che insiste, per buona parte, su di un giardino interno. Siamo stati (io e mia moglie, con i nostri tre figli adolescenti) tre notti ed abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere stati sostanzialmente i primi, ciò che ha reso ancora più speciale ed indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente consiglio a chiunque volesse recarsi a Venezia di prenotare quest’abitazione, approfittando di questo gioiellino, che mi auspico rimanga tale, principalmente grazie al rispetto che i successivi ospiti avranno (e dovranno avere) di questo immobile, dove tutto è nuovo e pensato con attenzione, anche per permettere alla mia famiglia di poterci tornare, non appena possibile, per scoprire quello che non siamo riusciti a vedere, compresi gli angoli veramente magici della c.d. Venezia minore, che si possono scovare anche non appena usciti dal portone del palazzo.
