Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Im Wohnraum gab es keine Toilette. Der Aufgang zum Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten , keine Geländer im gewendelten Aufgang. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping.
