“The beds are very comfortable. If you're visiting the ARK, it's almost right across the street from the entrance. There is a continental breakfast.”

“The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Pillows needed updated. One bar of soap for sink and bath. Uncomfortable mattress. I wasn't going to upload an app on my phone to wash clothes, so couldn't wash them. Overall, the breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. We checked out a day early. Will not go back.”

“Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.”

“Entry of Hotel smelled like sewage, this was our second stay this year and the entry smelled the same the first time, we were told that they were looking into the issue. At this point I assume this is a permanent situation (unacceptable). The elevator was broken, but we were thankfully able to get a room on the first floor (I would not have been able to easily go up and down the stairs). The room we were assigned smelled so bad we had to purchase air freshener and odor eliminator spray in order……

“Unfortunately the policy of accepting dogs in a room must be respected. Our personal problem is that some of us have animal allergies problems. As much as the room gets cleaned, the smell, and animal hairs stay in the room. Not everybody’s health can tolerate living around animals. Hotels should have rooms for guess pets free.”

“The only problem was the parking but other than that I would definitely stay again.”

“Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean.”
