“Highly recommend, unique rooms and brilliant staff, in the heart of Chester! Got upgraded to the Secret Garden and it was great! Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! ”

“What can I say about the service and stay we have just had here.
Tracy is amazing and such a good host. We booked the suite for a treat and what a treat it was. The room was lovely and clean and a very good size. The bathroom especially with the couple size bath was amazing. Overall fantastic and we will be definitely booking g again for when we come to Chester next. ”
