“The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. “Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee……

“Stanza in ottime condizioni, bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Vicinissimo all’ospedale nel mio caso molto comodo per motivi lavorativi. Staff gentile e professionale. Parcheggio in zona blu con pass fornito dall’hotel. ”

La camera sarebbe carina, ma necessita di manutenzione: al nostro arrivo ci è rimasta la maniglia in mano e anche la doccia non è stata piacevole, perché il doccino non funzionava e il soffione grande fisso pure era mezzo rotto, perché schizzava acqua da tutte le parti.
