This 3400 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. A fully stocked kitchen so you have everything you need for whipping up a home-cooked meal or a quick snack. Enjoy fun-filled evenings with a foosball table in the family room and BBQs on the deck using the provided propane grill. Stay entertained with the TV and high-speed Internet, which are perfect for streaming Netflix or catching up on work (though we doubt you'll want to work with so many fun things to do!).

Enjoy the warmth of two beautiful wood-burning fireplaces—one in the living room and another in the cozy downstairs family room. They are perfect for curling up with a book on cold winter days or thawing your feet after an exhilarating day of skiing at nearby Grand Targhee or Jackson Hole ski resorts. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, so you to pack light and stay refreshed throughout your stay.

The prime location near Teton River access allows you to launch your kayaks for a relaxing float or indulge in some of the finest trout fishing the U.S. has to offer. Or simply sit back and relax on the expansive deck and watch the deer and the moose wander by.

Please note that this home does have a surveillance camera on the outside, overlooking the driveway and entryways.

Take a short drive over the Teton Pass to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Grand Teton National Park, just a 30-mile drive away. Garage parking is available. Grand Targhee at 18 miles, Teton Village at 29 miles, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming at 30 miles.

Please keep in mind that you are in a rural area, and you will come across unpaved gravel roads. The road up to this home is on an incline and not paved. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter.

You have READ and AGREED with the following house rules:
No Pets without prior approval. Violation of this rule will result in $250 fine per pet.
No Smoking in the home or on the property.
No Extra Guests unless they were included on the reservation, violating this rule could lead to full party removal from the home with no refund or $1000 fine.
No unauthorized parties and/or events. Unauthorized parties/events or extra guests will result in an additional fine up to $1000.
Please dispose of all trash in the proper trash cans.
No refunds due to inclement weather . No refunds due to poor internet access due to bad weather.
If there is a Firepit on the premises YOU are responsible to check for a Burn Ban in the county.
NO fires in the firepit are to be started the morning of your departure. Put out fires responsibly!
You will be charged more for cleaning if EXCESS cleaning is required, such as stained carpet, soiled furniture, soiled comforters etc.
