The apartment was perfect. Great location, clean and comfortable. The host was quick to answer my questions and was on site to let us in at the time I said we would arrive. I recommend this property for two or three people. There is a twin bed on the main level and a queen upstairs. The kitchen had everything you need to cook food, which we did.

The apartment is very clean and inviting. The owner tries hard but it is clear his english is probably a third language. Location is perfect for someone playing tourist in Vienna. Close to lots of public transportation and easy walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go. Great view from the living room. We are an older couple but found the space worked perfectly. If we were to return to Vienna I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A beautiful place in an amazing location. We would absolutely book this property again. There is an elevator, but only stairs to the bedroom if this matters. Many nice design touches and great views of the city through multiple windows. A complete kitchen and terrace—this property lacks nothing.

Perfect Place for Vienna Trip

Atis supported great from the check in to the last moment we leave. We could communicate with him by text any time easily. The location is perfect. We could reach all the places we were visiting by walk, such as St. Stephen Cathedral, Belvedere, Staatsoper etc. Many restaurants, bars, cafes around there. The apartment was very clean as described. I especially loved the LP player. All the amenities were very clean and great. I can recommend here to whomever planning to visit Vienna~!

Fabulous apartment

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is superb - it's only 1 minute from Karlsplatz U-bahn station. From here it's only 2 stops on the U1 to Vienna Hauptbahnhof. You can also get to the Prater in 5 minutes on the U1 (though we walked - it's a lovely 30-40 minute walk from the apartment) and it's 10 minutes on the U4 to Schönbrunn Palace (Google tells you to get off at Hietzing, but if you get off at Schönbrunn you're right at the palace). It's also 10 minutes on the U1 to Kaisermülen VIC - from here it's a 10-15 minute walk to Strandbad Gänsehäufel, an open air swimming complex on the Danube - we really recommend this as a brilliant way to escape the summer heat! The apartment is a 3-5 minute walk from the Opera House and the Ringstrasse, and there are 2 supermarkets nearby, including a Billa opposite the Opera House. We recommend having coffee and cake at the nearby Cafe Museum. The apartment is really comfortable, very well-equipped (we really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack!) and has wonderful views of Karlskirche. The host was brilliant - he was really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the roof terrace - you can even see the very top of Stephansdom from the terrace! We definitely recommend this apartment!

Nice stay

The property is located in a wonderful location for tourists, with train across the street. Very clean and good communication with host. Washing machine worked well and the addition of coffee varieties was very appreciated. I would book again if traveling in Vienna.

Wonderful apartment convenient to major Vienna sites

We enjoyed three nights in this cheerful, quiet apartment, from which we could walk to most Vienna sites. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washing machine and drying rack were very helpful. The excellent air conditioning made our summer stay very comfortable. The listing includes parking as an amenity but the unit does not come with a parking space. Parking was in a public garage a five minute walk from the apartment.

Perfect Location

We were amazed how Ali manages the property. He was there at arrival and departure, he was available immediately upon text messages, he went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The apartment was perfectly described and equipped. Having a roof Terrasse was a great bonus. And having airconditioning helped us survive the brutal August heat. Also the location couldn’t be better for walking to center or hopping on a tram 200 feet from the street entrance. Only Ali was better than the Appartement. Highly recommended!

Superb apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in apartment 21. The place is in a great building with one of the best location in Vienna. The metro, several tram lines, and buses are literally across the street. There are multiple other tram lines only two blocks away at the opera house. All of innere stadt is within 15 minutes walking distance, and grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. are close by. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and very well appointed with everything you would need for an extended stay. The bedding is super comfortable and the sofa, dinette, and patio furniture are very good as well. Great water pressure in the shower. All the kitchen utensils we needed were there, so it was easy to prepare meals for ourselves. Be aware that the neighborhood is quite busy and noisy with the windows open. If you’re a very light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. However, we slept with the windows wide open every night, and the noise was never a problem. Finally, I must say that the staff is terrific. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would be more than happy to stay in the same place again on a future visit.

Herr Atis, unser Operations Manager, hat uns super betreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön , viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Homeaway in Vienna

This apartment is excellently located on the south side of the old city centre, with the U-Bahn right at the entrance. Moreover, it is very thoughtfully equipped and would also serve for a longer stay. We were very happy with the solid and not very noisy air-conditioning, as outside temperatures touched 90 degrees. The local host, Atis, was exceptionally attentive when he met us and during our stay. Thank you!

Utterly wonderful Stay!!

I have been traveling for a living for over twenty five years, and truly can not think of a stay or an apartment that I have enjoyed more than this one. Ali was beyond attentive and helpful, at all times. If there was anything that I needed - it was taken care of. The apartment is beautiful, the kitchen well stocked (complete with a few staple groceries and water upon arrival which was so appreciated), the bed and bedding incredibly comfortable, and the building location beyond convenient to everything right on Karlsplatz with the train and trams within steps of the front door. Groceries are within a five minute walk, and the amount of light that this flat receives along with the views ....well, it was just *lovely*. I would encourage anyone to not only stay in this beautiful apartment, but to work with Ali to find a wonderful place to feel at home when you’re away from home!
