The pictures of this property do not match what you actually get. Ive never been more dissapointed. The bathroom ceiling and tub were severely stained. The covers were thin and tattered, Broken outlets, dirty carpet. very outdated.

Good service, requested upper level floor and got one. Very dirty though. If your young and wanna save 40-80 dollars and still have an ocean view then this a solid option but if you have the money to upgrade. I really recommend doing so, a lot of people settle enough throughout their life and on vacation you should be allowed to splurge, if you are older.

The room was disgusting with black mold on walls by the air vent, the bed had pieces of the wood missing and the toilet did not flush. Every time I needed the front desk, no one was there, door was locked and I had to call the main number. He charged me a resort fee???? This place isn’t a resort or a hotel. It’s a motel!!!! I didn't get the room that I booked through expedia. First floor, balcony and ocean view. I was given keys to a verstinky and dirty room with a tiny balcony and no ocean view. Filthy, dog crap near room door, pay by hour prostitute rooms next door, heard moaning from the room, cigarette burn on comforter, furniture and bed nasty, bathtub was rusted. Owner was a complete jerk, refusing to refund even though the property was a disgusting, filthy, dirty prostitute haven. Property was not as described on expedia website advertisement. Do not book a room here, not only is it a terrible place but its more expensive than the nice hotels.

The check in person should not be allowed to have contact with the public. Very rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. The motel should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. For several blocks up and down the boardwalk this is by far the worst. And I’ve stayed at several.

TLDR: bug infested(cockroaches), dirty, poorly maintained, management is rude and unhelpful. Book here at your own risk… Now the grit: We didn’t mind that it was older, or even a bit worn (you get what you pay for), but I did mind the uninvited guests (roaches) that came out after the lights went off, as well as the critters that decided to attack my wife (bed bugs maybe?). The faucet in the bathroom would not turn off, there was no shower curtain for the shower/tub, the tub itself was filthy, as was the toilet. We were going to look past that, again, until the unwanted guests. The deadbolt did not work on the patio door (we were on the ground level) and the a/c could not make the room cool. We left in the middle of the night to find somewhere we could sleep as there was no getting any there. We let the night clerk know (she was very apologetic and sweet), and asked if they had another room even, which they did not as the cleaning team did not show up the day we checked in (Sunday in July). Went back the next day to get a refund, manager would not refund any $$ as we had used the dirty toilet. We had to go through Expedia to get our second day canceled, but it was still only partially refunded. Management is in denial, they denied everything. Book here at your own risk. This place is an absolute toilet.

The first floor rooms are easy access to a lawn for children or adults to sit and relax if you don't prefer the beach. The lawn is beside the boardwalk and views of the waves are fabulous. The access to restaurants was a plus, too! Short walks to anything!

We made a last minute reservation through Expedia and wasn’t sure what to expect. But when we got here, the check-in agent was very nice and kind. We got their last room and we were very overjoyed to find it was an oceanfront room! Our room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great and right on the oceanfront. The outside of the hotel was, well, not impressionable, but the clean room and the check-in agent’s kindness has made our stay wonderful! The price was very reasonable too. 🙂. One thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator. I missed this when booking the room. But it was okay for us. I would stay here again.
