Casa Milena by Villas Guide

Casa Milena is located in Rapavel, a village in the interior of Istria, not far from its western coast. It is a two-story villa with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Spend your vacation in this villa and enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery, the rustic decor and the swimming pool in the garden. Don't want to go on vacation without your pets? On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV and fireplace. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals during your vacation. In addition to the standard kitchen equipment, you will also find appliances such as a toaster, hand mixer and filter coffee maker, as well as basic kitchen spices. The kitchen also has a dining table that seats 6.



The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and both have a bed for 2 people. In addition to the bed, the rooms also have a wardrobe. One of the bathrooms is ensuite and has a shower, while the other, which has a bathtub, is accessible from the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and if you're planning a longer stay, the villa also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The courtyard of the villa is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Start your day with a coffee on the covered terrace with a table for 6, then enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool with an outdoor shower next to it, and then relax on the deck chairs around the pool. There is also a gas barbecue for evening get-togethers and a table football for additional entertainment. The villa also has a parking lot with 3 parking spaces.



During your stay in the villa you can explore towns in the interior of Istria, such as Višnjan, known for its observatory, and Pazin, which offers many trails for walking or cycling while exploring nature. If you want to take advantage of your stay in Istria to go swimming, Poreč is less than half an hour away by car. And if you want to avoid the crowds, visit one of the smaller towns along the coast, such as Funtana or Vrsar.
