Rated 4 as I couldn’t do 4.5. The hotel was lovely clean and in close proximity of shops and taxis, I’d definitely recommend. Working class town with a fortress. Great restaurants nearby. Go left then right on a 3 minute walk for great Romanian food at a good price. Ps. They had a crazy awesome massage chair in the room. The room was massive, too!
