“I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked.”

“The hotel and the rooms were awesome. Very clean and well appointed. The pool and the pool bar were great. The beach experience was a negative experience. They changed €45 for two chairs and an umbrella. The service was horrible. The waiters on the beach never checked on us and the acted offended when we walked up to the bar for service. Awful, don’t waste your time on the beach area. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.”

“It says beach in the description, which is misleading because it makes you think it’s on the beach and it’s definitely not. It’s a mile from the beach and most beaches you have to pay as much as €100 to sit in the beach that’s a quarter as beautiful as your average California public beach. There’s one public beach with no amenities that you still have to pay a small fee to get in. The Riviera beaches just aren’t that impressive. The local food was good. There’s a meat house that the locals……

“Really nice and clean place, everything spotless. Modern suite, with a small kitchen/living room. Very cozy. Great explanation on how to check in since there is not staff present. Also very fast response on WhatsApp if anything is needed.”

“Fully equiped in every way though I would recommend people be very careful with the step up into the bedroom, my wife tripped and may have broken a rib after landing heavily. The glass she was holding shattered and cut her. The vacuum cleaner had no suction and there was no broom!!! But overall the penthouse was awesome. Yes, a bit dated but very comfortable and we would stay there again. After my wife had the fall, I contacted the staff and they were super nice and offered to come……

“Great location. Very quiet and peaceful spot but unfortunately there was building work for our stay. Place is in good condition and facilities are good. Bed comfortable and big. Shower good but a bit too small.”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……
