“Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,……

“The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. ”

“SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). My balcony was beautiful and the office helped me change rooms to stay another night very easily. Thank you Partner Guest House Khreschatyk!💜”
