“So worth it very clean”

“It would be helpful to receive the check in instructions further in advance as I was on the road and had difficulty accessing my email and my Expedia app. (Dislike that the Vrbo app is separate from Expedia!) The listing could be more clear that this is a house and there is access to a full kitchen, dining area and pool table game room., all of which is a bonus!”

“Great place to stay. Beautiful home/decor. Quiet area. Host very prompt in responding.”

“It is a large room and bathroom which is clean and comfortable with ample toiletries. However there is no hairdryer or trash can in the room. The only available electrical outlet is in the bathroom which is a problem if you require an outlet near the bed.The property is conveniently located to town circle and restaurants. I received accurate address of the property immediately after booking. However at time of check in no information was yet received for property access. It took a message to……

“Cozy and super quiet. Gated and lovely backyard area. Our host was welcoming and we enjoyed our holiday weekend!”

“I learned a lot about choosing a VRBO on this trip. First lesson: when you get an email saying “Here are your keys,” make sure the host has also provided actual access to the property. We spent far too long trying to get in, and the owner’s phone number listed was incorrect, which added a fun escape-room vibe to the start of our stay. The exterior is lovely, but don’t be fooled by the listing claiming the driveway fits 20 cars. Guests get about 1/3 of it, roughly 3 cars comfortably. The rooftop……

“Great place to stay especially if you are traveling with a larger pet. The fenced in backyard was amazing for our dog.The place was extremely clean and conveniently located. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit our son in Tallahassee.”

“The hosts were responsive and accommodated a last-minute booking, which we appreciated. However, the property did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. If they did not have time for the quick turn around, we would have preferred they just be honest and decline as many other hosts did that day. The shag rug in the living area appeared to have debris and hair trapped throughout it and did not feel hygienic. The sofa also appeared to need a deep cleaning. I communicated these concerns and……

“The rental was better than expected, very clean and within walking distance to the FSU stadium.”
