Spacious Waimes Villa

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Waimes, this 11-bedroom holiday home is perfect for up to 21 guests, ideal for family reunions or group getaways. Enjoy a private swimming pool, fenced courtyard, and a relaxation area with infrared sauna. The playroom with bar, billiards, and table football adds fun to your evenings.

Just 500 m from the town center, the home is close to a lake (2 km) and restaurants and supermarkets (5 km). Explore the region on foot or by bike, and sample local beers like Bellevaux, Malmedy, and Super de Fagnes. In winter, the Ovifat ski and Nordic slopes offer snowy adventures.

Outdoors, gather in the private garden for a barbecue under the stars. The home includes parking for 6 cars and is not suitable for student or bachelor parties. Sound systems are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM to preserve the serenity of the surroundings.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

不满意：清洁度

oud en slecht onderhouden

Het huis is slecht onderhouden en er zijn veel dingen kapot. Er zit in elke badkamer schimmel. De zwembadruimte is heel vochtig en veel schimmel en de tafelspelen die er staan zijn veelal kapot en niet compleet. Met een grote groep kan je alleen gezamenlijk in de keuken zitten, de rest zijn allemaal kleine ruimtes.
