“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. He is a communicative, friendly, and the suite is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood is so green and peaceful, but close to all the sights in Raleigh! Highly recommend!”

“Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!”

“I saw reviews about the road noises, it really isn’t a bother. Communication is great with the owner. Photos are real. I enjoyed the game room. The stay here is really nice. The food scene isn’t a high point, I had Mexican food at Margarita house bar and grill, which was basic. ”

“Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and the neighborhood, while busy, was quiet. The couple of times we needed to contact our hosts, they responded within minutes and were very gracious. “The property is clean, but they don’t any supplies on house. Like towels, not enough pillows for everyone, and Blender. The towels were very dirty, we have to go get our towels.”

“My daughter and I stayed here for the Cary Ballet Conservatory’s winter intensive. This town home is close to everything anyone could possibly need, including a very short drive to the RDU airport. The home is located in an adorable tucked away neighborhood. There was plenty of space for us.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish the fees were more clear at the beginning. By the time we incurrred the additional insurance expense and a pet fee, our total stay increase $160. Overall the host and location were solid and would love to stay again!”
