The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. Due to adverse travel conditions we had to cancel our planned trip but I want to say that Marianna has been a wonderful communicator and was always on hand with advise and help. It was so lovely that we are very much looking forward to rebooting in the near future. Ina
